The Carters know how to take a selfie.
In what made for a super cute mommy-and-me moment, Blue-Bey hit the ‘gram with a duck lip selfie – Blue giving major kissy face alongside her mom, who was doing the same, with bees all over their faces.
Bey doesn’t usually show her daughter’s face on social media, so this was certainly a sweet treat.
The Bonnie to Jay Z‘s Clyde captioned the sweet photo:
“Happy Valentine’s Day 🐝🐝💋💋

We all thought we were about to have another one of Kanye’s, “Imma let you finish” moments at last night’s Grammy Awards. And the idea of it happening as Beck was given the award for Album Of The Year apparently terrified Jay Z.
Also, Kanye feels Beck should have given the Album Of The Year award to Beyonce.

Backstage at the Grammy Awards, the Carters were living it up, stunting on the world and posing with their five statues. Thankfully, Kanye’s failed outburst didn’t embarrass the Queen Bey too much. Check out the full list of winners here.
Another successful evening for one of the best to ever do it. But perhaps the best backstage moment was Beyonce’s dance for Hova:

Experience the physical health benefits of plant-based eating with the “Beyonce” diet.
In 2013, when Beyonce and her husband, Jay Z decided to make a lifestyle change, they accepted exercise physiologist, Marco Borges’ “22 Days Vegan Challenge” and Beyonce has been quite public about her pleasure with the new way of eating.
Via a press release, Beyonce exhorted, “I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it’s all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him.”
What Beyonce was referring to was the introduction and sustaining of a Vegan diet. Vegan food choices include all plant-based foods such as vegetables, grains and legumes. Borges contends that after 22 days of eating like this, poor eating habits can be broken and healthier eating choices will be more readily identifiable.
This sounds promising but you are probably thinking, of course, Beyonce and Jay Z are rich. They can afford to try any lifestyle change they wish. Keeping this in mind, Borges has chosen to make his Vegan lifestyle meals accessible to the general public with prices ranging from $9.76 to $16.50 per meal. In addition, these meals are delivered to your doorstep. Check out the 22-day Nutrition Challenge here.
